Exhaust Treatment Systems and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF)

What happens if your DPF fails?

Your DPF has a limited capacity to hold the particles that build up over time. Automatic regeneration to clean these particles happens in the engine when the system has reached an optimum temperature, or alternatively via a system known as active regeneration where post-combustion fuel is injected to generate heat which in turn enables the regeneration process. However, occasionally the filter may block causing damage and a costly repair to the system.

How to clean the DPF?

Over time the particles in the filter build up despite the automation regeneration processes. When this happens, it is necessary to manually clean or replace the filter using an authorised service centre.
Our professional diagnostics and cleaning processes offer a competitive and environmentally friendly solution. We use an eco-friendly system that cleans your filter without harming the environment.

What type of DPF can we clean?

We use the latest technical for testing and cleaning all types of DPF for trucks, buses, heavy vehicles, and cars.
